Now celebrating its fifth year, the Japanese Moon Viewing event includes performances, activities and food reflecting the Japanese o-tsukimi, or autumn moon viewing tradition. The evening activities include an open-house style tea ceremony, and authentic kamishibai-style storytelling of Japanese folk tales about the moon. Hands-on activities, including haiku flags, origami, calligraphy, and teru teru bozu dolls, will be available throughout the event.
