After-School Music Camps

Rock Band Camp - Students are placed in a band according to their age and skill level and the requirements of ensemble playing, teamwork and achievement of musical objectives are stressed. Depending on ability level, development of original material is strongly encouraged. Each weekly session culminates in a public performance and a recording session in our studio.
Glee Club Camp - Inspired by the television sensation, this premier choral ensemble offers a dynamic atmosphere for male and female students to unlock their inner star! Each student will explore fun vocal exercises, singing in harmony, and cool choreography while performing arrangements of popular songs. The B2R Glee Club provides a group learning experience that emphasizes reading music, intonation, listening skills, rhythm, and healthy vocal technique. Each weekly session culminates in a public performance and a recording session in our studio.
Beat Making Camp - Students learn the basics of creating Hip-Hop, EDM, and Trap music using instrument loops, sampling, and sequencing to create their own beat from scratch. No musical experience is required! To participate in this camp, students need a computer (Mac or PC) with Google Chrome installed to utilize BandLab for Education, a free online music production platform. At the end of this camp, students will present their beat to the class and be prepared to enroll in either Songwriting or Music Production Camps to learn more about creating their own songs.
