Many of country music’s outlaw artists counted a cowboy hat as a part of their look. Using hats on view throughout the museum as inspiration – including those in the exhibit Outlaws & Armadillos: Country’s Roaring ’70s – aspiring designers will make and decorate their own paper hats.
