Participants will learn and practice ukulele basics, then get into the spirit of the season playing the holiday song and ukulele classic, "Mele Kalikimaka." Commonly associated with Hawaiian music, the ukulele is a versatile instrument that spans genres – including folk, pop and country – and can be heard on recordings by Kacey Musgraves, Jimmie Rodgers and Taylor Swift. Ukuleles are provided or you may bring your own. (Recommended for ages 7 and up. All are welcome)
