Mother’s Day Tea for Families at Belle Meade

You are cordially invited to a special Victorian Tea Party, in celebration of Mother’s Day! This 90-minute experience begins with a family-friendly Mansion tour, focused on the many women who lived and worked here. Following the tour, we will sip tea and learn how tea time changed in the United States throughout the 1800s, discover the difference between “Afternoon Tea” and “High Tea,” and find out how tea parties were connected with the Suffrage Movement! There are 4 tour times to choose from, each is limited to a maximum of 10 guests, and reservations are required.
