An immersive writing course combining reading, discussion, writing, and performance. The texts for this course will be chosen from children’s stories in cultures around the world, including but not limited to folk tales, myths, epic poems, and so on. In keeping with the theme of Cheekwood’s summer art installations, the literature chosen for the summer 2019 Writing & Creativity Workshop will feature works by some favorite children’s authors, like Beatrix Potter and Dr. Seuss.
