The Walkalong (meet at The Getalong)

Join instructor Sarah Anderson-Daniels, also known as The Golden Mom Nashville, for this free Walkalong held Wednesdays at 9:00 am. Designed for caregivers with infants and up, this 60-minute outdoor walk offers a chance to connect, move your body, and enjoy fresh air, often including a stop at a local coffee shop such as International Tea or In Good Company. Please bring a stroller or baby carrier and a water bottle. Postpartum caregivers are encouraged to consult their medical provider for guidance on when to safely begin physical activity.
