Apprentice Camp
Apprentices take notice! Campers will practice the trades that built America— from weaving and blacksmithing to candle making, hearth cooking, and more. Through artisan demonstrations and hands-on work, campers will learn the history of
18th- and 19th-century trades while gaining real skills in a truly unforgettable history experience.

Every day in this camp, we will be visited by different artisans, demonstrating various old-timey crafts and skills. Then, the campers will get to make their own miniature version of the craft to keep. We will see blacksmiths, leather-workers, basket-weavers, cloth-dyers, mosaic-makers, and more!
