Your child begins by sketching original designs, learning how to think through the composition—naturally enhancing problem solving. With careful instruction, they safely carve into balsa blocks, developing fine motor skills while building confidence in their abilities.
Once the carving is complete, students experiment with inking, and transferring their designs onto paper, discovering how small changes create exciting results. The process is hands-on, engaging, and creatively freeing, allowing your child to express ideas in a new way while enjoying a calm, organized studio environment.
By the end, they proudly take home multiple prints and a deeper sense of accomplishment—proof that learning can feel both structured and wonderfully creative.
