Family Program at the CMHF: Songwriting 101

Write a song as a group in this introductory workshop. Songwriters Hayley Amour and Sara Zebley of the Americana duo Steel Blossoms will teach the fundamentals of songwriting, including form, theme, and rhyme scheme October 12, 2019. Participants will listen to a song written by the legendary songwriting team Boudleaux and Felice Bryant to get the creative juices flowing, then sing and record their newly written song.

Presented in support of Fall Break Fun and the We Could: The Songwriting Artistry of Boudleaux and Felice Bryant exhibit. Ages seven and up. Taylor Swift Education Center. Included with museum admission. Free to museum
