-Musicians and music lovers alike are invited to enjoy this beloved Nashville tradition. Bluegrass and roots pickers jam in circles under the trees and around the grounds, while three headlining acts perform on the main stage. All funds raised by the Pickin’ Parties will go directly toward protecting the Warner Parks as well as funding educational programs and special projects that benefit park-goers of all ages! New for 2015, pickers will get a chance to record a jam session in the Stable Sessions by our partner, Dark Horse Institute. Want to sign up? We strongly recommend purchasing your admission in advance! Save time, money, and beat the sellout crowd. Please note:
- All advance purchases, whether online or in person, must be made by 5 p.m. the Thursday before the event.
- Guests who purchase advance admission must check in at the will call table on the night of the event. You will not receive physical tickets, but will be placed on our will call list.
Gate sales:
Admission may be purchased by cash or check ONLY at the gate starting at 6:30pm on the evening of the event. We can and do sell out! Friends of Warner Parks reserves the right to cap admission based on sales and/or crowd size. This is for the safety and comfort of our guests, volunteers, and performers. Adults of legal drinking age must provide a government issued ID if they wish to get a wristband for beer.

Please note: Single harmonicas, ukuleles, and additional instruments not listed above are welcome, but will not qualify for the “picker” rate.
*$10 rate for pickers who wish to receive a 21+ wristband for complimentary beer. $5 rate applies to pickers who do not want one.
Know before you go
- Gates open at 6:30 p.m.
- Admission purchase is with cash or check only.
- Water, soft drinks and up to four beers* are included with admission as a thank-you for your support of the Parks. Quantities are not guaranteed.
- Food is available for purchase or you may bring your own.
- Glass, large coolers (over 16 quarts) and outside alcohol are not allowed. All bags and instrument cases are subject to search.
- Limited seating is available so we recommend bringing blankets or camping chairs.
- Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on leashes no longer than six feet in length at all times.
