Homeschool Day: Program Greatest Hits
*The event has already taken place on this date: Tue, 05/19/2026
The Museum welcomes homeschool families to a free Homeschool Day filled with engaging historical and educational activities tailored to homeschool learners. The event begins at 10:00 a.m. with a welcome and orientation, followed by rotating, educator-led programs every half hour from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Families can enjoy living history presentations, hands-on projects, and crafts in the Children's Gallery. In May, the focus will be on popular programs featuring gallery tours, demonstrations, and costumed Civil War interpreters. No registration is required, making this a fun and accessible way to explore Tennessee’s history and the Museum’s homeschool resources.
