Journey to Freedom is an 8-week small group course that teaches you how to successfully make changes to your life.

Working in a supportive and caring environment with other group members seeking to make similar life changes, you'll learn what needs to happen so you can experience lasting change (and why your previous attempts may have failed), how to silence your inner critic to live with vision and passion as opposed to fear and need and other tools you can use to face any challenge or problem and put yourself on a path toward achieving your best possible life
