The Scott Hamilton Skating Academy Learn to Skate classes at Ford Ice Center use Learn to Skate USA programs recognized as the best in the industry. It's designed to serve the needs of both recreational and competitive skaters. In addition to figure skating, hockey skating skills will also be taught in this program. The curriculum keeps skaters enthusiastic about learning, from the time they begin lessons until they reach their goals. All of our coaches are committed to sharing a fun and positive experience that will instill a lifelong love of skating in all members of the family.
In addition to our award-winning Learn to Skate classes, we also host the Scott's All Stars - a Learn to Skate program for children with intellectual disabilities and other special needs.
