The NBBQA Barbecue Bash, scheduled for Saturday, March 7, from 11:00am to 3:00pm, will be held in the parking lot of the Sheraton Music City Hotel. The annual 4-day conference, which is focused on the business of barbecue, attracts hundreds of BBQ experts, enthusiasts, and aspiring BBQ professionals from coast to coast. The gathering is a combination of education, trade show, networking and promoting the art and lifestyle of BBQ, with a little friendly competition and a whole lot of fun. As part of its mission to share the fast-growing interest in low-and-slow cooking, the NBBQA welcomes anyone with an interest in BBQ, and non-members can register for the top-notch conference events and seminars at www.nbbqa.org.
