Summer Splash presented by ICEE®

Every Saturday in July and August, cool off with splashy fun on Festival Field from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring slip and slide activities, animal-themed sprinklers, a bubble zone, and splash pools for little ones, all included with Zoo admission or membership; clothing is required at all times. Each Saturday brings its own special activities and surprises, so guests are encouraged to check the schedule in advance, and while you’re there, stop by the nearby Splash Shack for themed food, beverages, and summer essentials. Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, and there is no lifeguard on duty; swimsuits may be worn under clothing, but shirts, bottoms, and shoes are required throughout the Zoo. Water shoes are highly recommended as Festival Field may become muddy, and guests should consider bringing sun hats, sunscreen, bug spray, and refillable water bottles for a comfortable visit.
