Toddler Story Yoga and Fun!

Toddlers love these fun yoga classes based on classic children’s books and nursery rhymes! Children will learn basic breathing techniques, mindfulness skills, and yoga poses while listening to stories and singing songs.

Your toddler will love laughing and playing live with Allison as we read stories, practice yoga poses, breathe deeply, and sing songs together!
