The Friends of Two Rivers

The mission of the organization was to protect, preserve, restore, and promote the use of the Mansion and its history in a manner consistent with the policies of the Metro Department of Parks and Recreation as well as the Metro Historical Commission. Since that time, the mission to preserve property and history has been extended to the historic Stone Hall site on the bluffs of the Stones River and the organization has evolved into The Friends of Two Rivers. One of the organization’s primary goals is to engage in activities and fundraising that will assist in achieving our stated mission.
