Plot Twist Theatrics offers a wide range of ages and classes in the performing arts!
Spring Semester 2020
Registration is now open for Plot Twist Theatrics Spring 2020 semester!
All classes will run Mondays, January 13- March 30 (No class on March 16 for spring break). Classes are at Mulberry Mill in Dickson.
To register, click on the classes you want to sign up for! A paypal invoice will be sent once your registration form is complete. Your students place in class will not be held until payment has been made. There is a $25 sibling discount and a $25 multiple class discount.
9:00-9:45 am Tiny Twisters Class
Ages 4-7. Learn the basics of music, movement and theater in a super fun filled class designed for the little ones! $150 per student
Ages 1-3 style mommy-and-me class (any caregivers welcome)
Enjoy music and movement with your toddler! Early music classes can help promote social skills, gross motor skills, sensory enhancement and language development! We will dance, sing, play with instruments and socialize! The room will be open for social time between 10:30-11 am as well.
3:30-4:30 pm Musical Theater Class
Ages 8-16. Music theory, staging, dance for musical theater, acting and vocal workshop. Run scenes, sing group musical numbers and hone your musical theater skills! $225 per student
1:30-3:30 pm and 6-7 pm. Private voice lessons available
All ages, $25 per thirty minute lesson. Sign up for one, monthly or weekly! You get a free lesson if you sign up for the full semester. I have 8 years of private voice instruction myself, as well as a music minor with a vocal concentration from Austin Peay, choir and chamber singers experience and 3 years of music director experience.
Together we can find songs that fit your voice, meet your performing goals and hone your voice. Students will create a portfolio of songs ready to use for auditions or performing. Email me at plot.twist.theatrics@gmail.com to solidify your slot!
4:30-6 pm Kid Frankenstein theater class
We will spend 12 weeks learning all aspects of putting on a play while we practice Kid Frankenstein to perform for our friends and family at the end of the semester. The kids will all get to put their input in to the play, from costumes to sets to blocking and stage directions. We not only get to put on a show, but we get to learn while we do it! Ages 8-18, $250 per student.
