We have traditional camps with activities like canoeing, archery, zipline, and cooking food over an open fire.  Tennessee Performing Arts Center |
Camp TPAC offers weekday camps based on musical theater for ages 8-16. Led by TPAC teaching artists, participants will practice singing, dancing, and acting, and discover the excitement of performing on TPAC stages. Camp TPAC will engage participants in a fun, creative environment that promotes empathy, teamwork, and self-confidence through the performing arts. Each camp week culminates with a performance at 3:00 PM on Friday for family and friends.

Since 1980, Steve & Kate’s Camp has put kids in charge–allowing campers to choose from a variety of activities in real-time, including sewing, stop-motion animation, coding & gaming, sports & recreation, maker crafts, water play, baking, and more. As children are empowered to make their own choices at camp, they discover new reserves of confidence, resiliency, and creativity–learning to course correct and trust themselves as they go. Families can buy any number of days, to use at any time–no weekly reservations required. Or, buy a Summer Pass, which covers the whole season. Either way, any unused Passes are automatically refunded at summer’s end. Ages: 4–12 | Lunch, snacks & all hours (8am–6pm) included.

 Lighthouse Writers Workshop |
Lighthouse offers a wide array of full and half-day summer camps from June through August for young writers ages eight to 18. Whether they've got a few novels under their belt, are new but curious about poems, or are a reluctant writer, our camps offer a fun, creative, and challenging way for young people to explore and express who they are, build new friendships, and create truly beautiful works of art.

During June and July, “The Valley” comes alive with summer camps. Campers participate in outdoor adventures, unplug from their electronics, and connect with each other. Although campers are tired at the end of day, they don’t want to leave … and they want to come back again and again because of the relationships and community they find at Deer Run.

Our Day Camp programs start at 9:00am & end at 4:00pm. For Barefoot on Location campers, we offer before & after care from 8:00am-9:00am & 4:00pm-5:00pm. Financial aid is available and no child will be turned away due to financial reasons.

Let It Shine Summer Camp offers an unforgettable experience for your child, packed with excitement, personal growth, and friendship in a safe environment. Camp is 8:30-3:00 for ages 3-12 with extended care options.

Together we'll discover the wonder and magic of our natural outdoor world at Lucky Ladd Farms Summer Camp where kids get to interact with a variety of animals and explore the world around them. Campers 6-11 enjoy many fun and educational activities during camp days like learning about growing plants, how to care for farm animals, and the earth around them.

 Nature Explorers at Stoney Creek Farm |
Learn about farm animals, gardening, pollinators, why we are a “River Friendly Farm”, and more in this hands-on farm camp! Each day includes special visitors who will teach us about agriculture, caring for the land, and how to protect our ecosystem. We will play games, have arts and crafts, and plenty of free time for exploration! Afternoons are for old fashioned summertime fun with a slip n’ slide and water games. The day ends with popsicles and camp songs.

Your kids will have a ball at our summer camp participating in our in-house activities including laser tag, video gaming, karaoke, arts/crafts, and indoor basketball! They also will hop on our bus and take fieldtrips to the pool, movies, museums, science centers and SO MUCH MORE!

 Deer Run Camps and Retreats |
Each activity throughout the week provides unique opportunities to encourage campers to become confident and remain grounded and strong when life’s challenges arise. Campers are in cabin groups by age/grade and biological gender for activities, Bible study, and recreation; then come together for large groups games, worship, and daily speaker session. Deer Run makes it a priority for camp staff to actively engage each camper and create a fun and safe environment. They listen with understanding and get to know each camper, encourage them, and provide them with positive role models. In fact, many campers are greeted by name year after year by returning counselors.
