The Nashville Symphony offers more than 150 classical, pop and jazz concerts and special events every year. While also providing a variety of education and community engagement programs that annually impact more than 100,000 children and adults throughout Middle Tennessee.

An important component of the Symphony's programming is the Family Series -- four Saturday morning concerts each year designed specifically for youth and families, featuring the Grammy-award winning orchestra supplemented by thematic visual effects and components. Show up early for fun, family-friendly pre-concert activities, including our Instrument Petting Zoo, crafts, a book nook, and much more. All Family Series concerts are accessilbe and sensory friendly.

The Nashville Symphony provides a wide array of education opportunities both here at the Schermerhorn and out in the community. We align many of our programs with state academic standards and provide lesson plans and other resources to participating educators. Click Here to learn more about the education programs we offer.
